Car & Bike Rental Policies
RoadEscape car rentals offer a complimentary Collision Damage Waiver. Full Coverage insurance is available on request. Full Coverage Insurance includes a 500-Euro excess. Tires, mirrors, glasses, and the car's interior and underneath are not covered by insurance. If the automobile is driven on a non-paved road, the client is responsible for any damage.
No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portions of the rental period
You may pay the remaining money at the rental office when you arrive or pick up your vehicle. Payment can be done using Visa or MasterCard credit, debit, or cash.
Free delivery to your specified destination (port, hotel, or airport). Rentals will be retained for up to 2 hours after the agreed-upon pickup time. Customers must call RoadEscaoe Car Rental if they arrive after this hour. Vehicles must be returned at the time and place mentioned in the rental agreement. If a vehicle is returned beyond the agreed-upon time, an extra day will be charged unless other arrangements are made with RoadEscaoe Car Rental.
Customers are always responsible for paying for their own fuel. The customer is required to return the car with the same amount of fuel as when the rental term began. There will be no reimbursements for incorrectly overfilling gasoline.
Rental vehicles are prohibited from leaving Zakynthos Island at any time.
This service is free but requires installation by a parent or guardian. Please state the child's age when reserving.
The services are offered 24 hours a day. In the case of an accident, customers should notify RoadEscape immediately at +30 698 3451211.
The customer is liable for any parking or traffic infraction costs or penalties incurred during the rental term.
Drivers must be at least 23 years old and have a valid license from at least one year previous to the rental date. All valid EU driving licenses are accepted. Outside the EU, a valid driver's license must be accompanied by an International Driver's Permit.
Customers are not allowed to smoke in any RoadEscape Car Rental car.Smoking in the car may cause extra cleaning charges of up to €50.
